A Neighborhood of Its Own.

In 1989 the Burbank City Council approved plans for the development of the Burbank Town Center and adjacent parcels. This project amends those plans, proposing far less development than what was originally approved for the site. The result will create a new vibrant neighborhood in Downtown Burbank with a variety of living options, new neighborhood-serving retail and restaurants, and a central gathering place for area residents, employees, and visitors.

Voices of Burbank

The Town Center hasn’t really changed at all…It would be great to have something a little bit more local, outdoors. Somewhere we can gather.
